Returns & Refunds

You may return your Jester Combat Arm within 60 days of purchase if it is non-functional due to a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications made to the product.
